Choir Program

Have I mentioned lately how special our church is? I am constantly reminded how blessed we are to be members of FBCTW.  This Wednesday night Nate had his end of the year Mini Singer choir program. I was amazed at all the kids had learned this year.

Super Saturday: Outdoor Movie Night

The Woodlands UMC had a family outdoor movie night on Saturday. For the first several hours, we played outside on their playground. They also had a fun DJ there with games and competitions for the kids. When the sun went down, we hung out on our blanket and watched How to Train a Dragon on a big screen under the stars. The weather was perfect. Thanks to my friend April for inviting us. Nate and Anna loved playing with Nolan and Macey.

RFE

Legacy PCA held its annual Race for Education at Burrough's Park this year. I think it was our best RFE yet! We raced a 5K, and Nate did an awesome job!

Sunday Funday: Bright Sunday

The Sunday after Easter is traditionally Bright Sunday at FBCTW, and we celebrate by having our annual Bright Sunday church picnic. This Sunday was a fun filled day of rock wall climbing, Easter egg hunting, football, and playing with friends.

Nate is the little guy in the gray shirt. He loved playing w/the big kids!

Date Night: Dosey Doe and Joe

FBCTW blesses us with a date night once a month. The kids attend Kids' Night Out, a fun themed evening of supervised fun with their sweet church friends, and we get a night out together. This month, we headed to Dosey Doe where we ate a delicious dinner and watched a concert by the one and only Joe Diffie. Way back when...Willie and I were big fans, so we were able to reminisce about the good old days together. Dosey Doe was an incredible venue, and we're already checking the calendar to buy tickets to our next concert..John Michael Montgomery and Mark Chesnutt...here we come!
Here are a few pics from date night.
